SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship using Delhivery's courier service. The time of standard delivery is between 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri), after Basque has accepted and confirmed your order. All orders are fully trackable using Delhivery Tracking Service.
We offer free standard delivery to shipping locations within India.
For International orders, the shipping amount is calculated on the basis of weight of the product at checkout. The time of standard delivery is between 4 to 10 business days ( Mon-Fri ).
Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of India may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country [“Import Fees”]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from BASQUE, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Basque.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We accept returned items within 7 days following the delivery of your order. The styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used and with the original tag attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product for exchange, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
While shipping your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Under special circumstances, we offer store credit. Please write to us at in such cases.
We do not offer refunds.
Sale and discounted Items
Sale items and discounted items are final sale with no exception. If you used a discount code of any sort, the item is considered final sale.
